膀胱病变患者术前膀胱镜活检与经尿道膀胱电切术后病理检查结果的比较

Comparative analysis of the pathological changes of cystoscopic biopsy and TURB in 122 cases with bladder lesion

摘要: 目的:比较膀胱镜活检与经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)术后病理结果的差异,并评价膀胱镜活检在膀胱肿瘤诊治价值。方法:对122例术前膀胱镜活检与TURBT后病理检查资料完整患者的病理分级情况进行对照分析。结果:膀胱镜下活检病理结果与TURBT术后病理结果的符合率为66.4%;术后病理级别升高者有30例,下降者有11例,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:膀胱肿瘤术前膀胱镜活检病理分级较术后存在低估现象,影响治疗方案的制定,应予以重视。

Abstract: Objective:To compare the pathology differences of cystoscopic biopsy and transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),and evaluate their diagnosis and treatment values in bladder tumor.Methods:The pathological grades of tumor with cystoscopic biopsy and TURBT of 122 cases were analysed.Results:The accordance rates of the pathological results of cystoscope biopsy and TURBT were 66.4%.Compared with pathological levels of postoperation,the pathological grades of 30 cases increased,and decreased in 11 cases,and the differences was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusions:Preoperative pathological grades of cystoscopic biopsy are lower than that of postoperation,which may affect treatment program and should be paid more attention.
