本科护生人文关怀能力调查及相关因素分析

Factors related to humanistic caring ability in nursing undergraduate students

摘要: 目的：了解本科护生人文关怀能力现状，分析其相关影响因素，为护理人文关怀教育提供依据。方法：采用人文关怀能力评价量表对3个年级480名本科护生进行便利整群抽样问卷调查。结果：护生人文关怀能力评分为180.3123.60，护生年龄越小得分越高(p0.01)；人文关怀能力自我评价较高者评分高于自我评价较低者(p0.01)。结论：部分本科护生的人文关怀能力仍需提高，学校应加强对护生的人文关怀引导和教育。
