胃癌术后消化道漏12例治疗体会

Experience of treatment in gastrointestinal leakage of 12 cases with gastric carcinoma postoperation

摘要: 目的:总结胃癌切除术后消化道漏的治疗经验,提高对消化道漏的治疗水平。方法:对胃癌术后12例消化道漏患者通过通畅腹腔引流,持续胃肠减压,加强营养支持,使用生长抑素进行治疗。结果:除1例自动出院外,其余均痊愈出院。结论:通畅引流、胃肠减压、营养支持、生长抑素等措施是促进胃癌切除术后消化道漏愈合的重要手段。

Abstract: Objective:To summarize the therapeutic; experience of postoperative leakage of gastric caroinoma and to improve the treatment level. Methods:Twelve cases with the leakage of gastric caroinoma were treated with unobstructed drainage, gastrointestinal decompression, nutritional support and the somatostatin. Results:One case discharged himself outside, the others were recovered from the hospital. Conclusions:The measures of unobstructed drainage, decompression, nutritional support and somatostatin are important for promoting the recovery of digestive tract leakage.
