    鲍曼不动杆菌耐消毒剂-磺胺类耐药表型及耐药基因的检测

    The detection of the disinfectants- sulfanilamide drug resistant phenotypes and genotypes in Aciuetobacter baumauuii

    • 摘要: 目的:了解广东省中山地区鲍曼不动杆菌耐消毒剂-磺胺类的耐药表型和基因表型的分布及其关系。方法:用VITEK-2 Compact高级专家系统判定2010年1~9月405株鲍曼不动杆菌对消毒剂-磺胺类的耐药表型检测,并对其中30株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌采用PCR方法检测qacE△1-sul1基因。结果:405株鲍曼不动杆菌耐消毒剂-磺胺类的耐药表型模式RESISTANT为201株(49.6%),WILD为185株(45.7%),RESISTANT+WILD为19株(4.7%)。30株多重耐药菌株检出耐消毒剂-磺胺类的耐药表型模式为ESISTANT 12株,WILD 15株,RESISTANT+WILD 3株。结论:临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药严重,qacE△1-sul1基因携带率为100%。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the distribution and correlation of the disinfectants-sulfanilamide drug resistant phenotypes and genotypes in Aciuetobacter baumauuii(Aba) in Zhongshan district.Methods:The senior expert system of VITEK-2 Compact was used to judge the disinfectants-sulfanilamide drug resistant phenotypes in 405 strains Aba from Jan.2010 to Sep.2010,and the qacE△1-sul1 genes were detected by PCR in 30 strains multi-drug resistant Aba.Results:In the phenotypic mode of 405 strains Aba,the phenotypic mode of RESISTANT was 201 strains(49.6%),the phenotypic mode of WILD was 185 strains(45.7%),the phenotypic mode of RESISTANT +WILD was 19 strains(4.7%).In the disinfectants-sulfanilamide drug resistant phenotypes mode of 30 strains Aba,phenotypic mode of RESISTANT was 12 strains Aba,the phenotypic mode of WILD was 15 strains,the phenotypic mode of RESISTANT+WILD was 3 strains.Conclusions:The multiple drug-resistant of the separation Aba is serious,the carrier rate of the qacE△1-sul1 gene is 100%.
