东莞市糖尿病患者用药依从性调查分析

Survey of medication compliance in patients with diabetes in Dongguan city

摘要: 目的:调查东莞市糖尿病患者用药依从性相关的影响因素,为提高本地区患者用药依从性提供依据。方法:通过随机抽样及现场调查,选择糖尿病患者840例进行调查问卷并进行统计学分析。结果:糖尿病患者用药依从率在不同性别、不同年龄组和不同文化程度分组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而在不同糖尿病病程、患者不同职业间用药依从率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者的病程及职业影响患者对糖尿病的认知,进而对用药依从性产生影响。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the related factors of diabetes medication compliance in Dongguan city and provide the basis to improve the medication compliance.Methods:Eight hundred and forty diabetic patients were investigated with questionnaire by random sampling and on-site investigation,results were analyzed statistically.Results:For 840 research objects,the differences of diabetes medication compliance rates in different sex,age and degree of education were not statistical significance(P0.05),the differences of diabetes medication compliance rates in different diabetes course of disease and occupations were statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions:The course of disease and occupations of diabetic patients have impact on their diabetes cognition,which influences medication compliance.
