戊酸雌二醇或米非司酮联合依沙吖啶在中孕引产中的应用

摘要: 目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇或米非司酮联合依沙吖啶在中期妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法:将中期妊娠引产孕妇226例随机分为3组:研究一组68例,采用戊酸雌二醇联合依沙吖啶引产;研究二组92例,采用米非司酮联合依沙吖啶引产;对照组66例,采用依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射引产。比较3组的临床效果和出血量等。结果:研究一组、二组均较对照组排胎时间缩短(P0.01)。研究组出血量减少(P0.05)。结论:戊酸雌二醇或米非司酮联合依沙吖啶引产效果优于单用依沙吖啶引产,戊酸雌二醇联合依沙吖啶引产出血量减少,值得临床推广应用。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of progynova or mifepristone combined with rivanol on induced abortion of midtrimester pregnancy.Methods: Two hundred and twenty-six cases with induced abortion of midtrimester pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups.The first group(68 cases) were aborted with progynova combined with rivanol,the second group(92 cases) were aborted with mifepristone combined with rivanol and the control group(66 cases) were aborted with only rivanol.The clinical effects and blood loss of all cases were compared.Results: Compared with the control group,the time of embryo delivery of the first and second group shorten significantly(P 0.01).The blood loss of the first group decresed significantly(P 0.05).Conclusions: The effects of progynova or mifepristone combined with rivanol on induced abortion of midtrimester pregnancy were better than that of rivanol.The treatment of progynova combined with rivanol can reduce the blood loss,which is worth popularizing application in clinic.
