    Determination serum theophylline concentration through two wavelength ultraviolate spectrophotometry and working out its pharmacokinetic parameters

    • 摘要: 目的:判断静脉注射(静注)氨茶碱在家兔体内的隔室模型,计算相关药代动力学参数。方法:双波长紫外分光光度法测定家兔静注氨茶碱后的血清茶碱浓度,根据相关药代动力学理论研究其药动学。结果:静注氨茶碱在体内符合二室模型,药动学方程为C=14.46e-3.451t+10.40e-0.114t。结论:可以用双波长紫外分光光度法测定茶碱血药浓度,在体内代谢符合二室模型,并可计算出其药动学方程。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To judge the compartment model of aminophylline by vessel injection and work out its pharmacokinetic parameters.Methods: The serum theophylline concentration by vessel injection was detected through two wavelength ultrviolet spectrophotometry,and the pharmacokenetic parameters were studied according to the related theory.Results: The compartment model of aminophylline by vessel injection matched the double compartment model,the formula of its pharmacokinetics was C = 14.46e-3.451t+10.40e-0.114t.Conclusions: The serum theophylline concentration could be detected by two wavelength ultraviolate spectrophotometry,its metabolism in body matched the double compartment model,the formula of its pharmacokinetics could also be made out.
