胰岛素强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Intensive insulin treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要: 目的:观察胰岛素强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的近期疗效。方法:选取41例初诊2型糖尿病患者,按自愿原则随机分为2组,A组给予常规降糖药物治疗,Β组给予胰岛素强化治疗,比较两组治疗前及治疗后2、4周的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PG2h)、果糖胺(FA)、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平的变化。结果:胰岛素强化治疗组在治疗后2周FPG、PG2h、FA下降优于口服药物组(P<0.01)。结论:胰岛素强化治疗能良好控制初诊2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of short-term intensive insulin treatment on newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes millitus.Methods: Forty-one newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes millitus were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A were given regular oral hypoglycemic,and group B received insulin intensive treatment.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial glucose(PG2h),fructosamine(FA),triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) were observed and compared 2 and 4 weeks before and after treatment.Results: After short-term intensive insulin treatment,the FPG,PG2h,FA of group B reduced significantly,compared with that of group A.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Intensive insulin treatment can effectively control glucose,TG and TC in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes millitus.
