Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effects of the chemotherapy regimens of preoperative using cisplatin combined with different drugs in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods: One hundred patients were randomly divided into treatment group Ⅰ and treatment group Ⅱ( 50 cases each group) . The treatment group Ⅰ were treated with cisplatin combined with capecitabine， the treatment group Ⅱ were treated with cisplatin combined with bleomycin. Two groups were performed radical surgical treatment. The treatment effectiveness and adverse reaction of two groups were analyzed after chemotherapy for 15 days. Results: The differences of the effective rate and side effects in the two groups were not statistical significance ( P ＞ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions: The chemotherapy regimen of preoperative using cisplatin combined with different drugs in the treatment of cervical cancer is feasible.
