    Effect of Reyusan on histologic change of rat with gastrointestinal damp-heat type ulcerative colitis

    • 摘要: 目的:观察热瘀散对胃肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)大鼠组织学的影响。方法:将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型对照组、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)组、热瘀散高剂量组和热瘀散低剂量组,每组各10只。采用高脂饮食、白酒加湿热环境干预法复制胃肠湿热证模型,2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸诱导法复制UC模型,给药15 d后采集标本并观察结肠黏膜损伤情况。结果:热瘀散高剂量组和SASP组结肠黏膜损伤指数均明显低于模型对照组(P0.01),热瘀散低剂量组损伤指数与模型对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05),SASP组损伤指数低于热瘀散低剂量组(P0.05),但高于热瘀散高剂量组(P0.05)。结论:热瘀散能够明显改善胃肠湿热型UC大鼠结肠黏膜组织损伤情况,促进溃疡修复,具有良好的治疗作用。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effects of reyusan on histologic change of rat with gastrointestinal damp-heat type ulcerative colitis( UC) . Methods: Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,high-and low-dose reyusan treatment groups and sulfasalazine( SASP) treatment group.The gastrointestinal damp-heat type UC model rats were established by high fat diet,white spirit damp-heat environment and trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid.The damage index of rats colon mucosa was observed 15 days after drug administration.Results: Compared with the model group, the damage index of rat colon mucosa in high-dose reyusan and SASP treatment group were significantly low( P 0.01) .The difference of the damage index between low-dose reyusan treatment and model group had no statistical significance( P 0.05) .The damage index of SASP treatent group was lower than that in low-dose reyusan treatment group( P 0.05) ,but higher than that in the model group( P 0.05) . Conclusions: reyusan can significantly improve the colon mucosa damage of rat with gastrointestinal damp-heat type UC and promote ulcer repair,which has good therapy effect
