主动脉内球囊反搏治疗急性大面积心肌梗死合并心源性休克11例

The effect of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of acute massive myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock in 11 cases

摘要: 目的:观察主动脉球囊反搏(IABP)辅助治疗急性大面积心肌梗死并心源性休克的临床效果。方法:11例患者均行经皮主动脉内球囊植入并行相关参数调整。结果:11例中,8例血流动力学稳定,3例死于泵衰竭。结论:IABP对血流动力学状态有明显改善,有益于提高心肌梗死患者生存率。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effects of intra-arotic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of acute massive myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock. Methods: Eleven patients with acute myocardial infarction and cardio genic shock after intra-arotic balloon pump( IABP) therapy.Results: The hemodynamics in 8 patients were stable，3 cases died of pump failure. Conclusions: IABP can effectively improve hemodynamics，which is good for improving the survival rate of myocardial infarction patients
