    髋关节置换术后患者康复期心理体验的质性研究

    The qualitative research of psychological experience of the patients with hip replacement

    • 摘要: 目的:了解髋关节置换术后患者康复期的心理感受。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对7例髋关节置换术后的患者进行半结构式访谈,对访谈资料进行分析。结果:对结果进行编码分析后得出5个关于患者心理感受的主要概念为由疾病引起的恐慌,对家庭成员的影响,社会工作生活改变,自我调整,对康复护理的期望。结论:对髋关节置换术后患者的康复护理应该从生理、心理、社会等方面全面地对患者进行康复护理,促进患者全面康复。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the psychological experience of the patients with hip replacement. Methods: Seven patients with hip replacement were investigated by semi-structured interview using phenomenology method in qualitative research， the interview data were analysed.Results: Five key themes of the psychological experience in patients included the panic caused by disease，effects of family members， the change of social life and work， self-correction and the expectations of rehabilitation period. Conclusions: The rehabilitation nursing of patients with hip replacement should include physiological，psychological and social aspects，which can promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
