颧骨复合体骨折经面部小切口入路手术的评价

摘要: 目的: 评价面部小切口入路手术治疗颧骨复合体骨折(zygomatic complex fractures,ZCF)的临床疗效。方法: 91例ZCF除C2型外,共有82例采用颌面部小切口入路进行坚强内固定,术后随访进行疗效评判。结果: 82例术后1～3个月复查,疗效Ⅰ级53例,Ⅱ级23例,Ⅲ级6例;术后切口均一期愈合,仅遗留不明显的细线状痕迹,隐蔽效果满意,无面神经损伤、睑外翻、泪道堵塞等并发症。结论: 对适宜病例采用面部小切口入路治疗ZCF,符合现代治疗原则所推崇的功能与外形双项标准,值得临床推广。Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of minor facial incision in the treatment of zygomatic complex fractures(ZCF). Methods: Ninety-one patients with ZCF except 9 cases of type C2 were treated with minor facial incision and rigid fixation.The clinical effects of 82 cases were evaluated by postoperative follow up.Results: Eighty-two cases were reexamined in 1 to 3 months after operation.The grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ of curative effects were 53,23 and 6 cases, respectively.Postoperative incision of all cases were primary healing.Unconspicuous fine line trace was found, and concealed effect was satisfactory.The facial nerve injury,ectropion and lacrimal duct jam of complications were not detected.Conclusions: The minor facial incision may be a good choice for treating ZCF,which conforms to the modern therapeutic principles of the double standard of function and appearance and is worth clinical spread application.
