    皖北地区健康成人血小板相关参数的调查

    Investigation of platelet parameters of healthy adults in the northern area of Anhui province

    • 摘要: 目的: 观察皖北地区汉族健康成年人群静脉血平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板计数(PLT)等情况。方法: 应用日本Sysmex XT-1800i型全自动血细胞分析仪,采用仪器自动吸样的方式对皖北地区的1339名健康成年汉族人的静脉血MPV、LT进行检测。结果: 男性PLT总体水平低于女性(P＜0.01),MPV总体水平在男女间差异无统计学意义(P＞;0.05)。男性25～岁组PLT高于65～岁组,而女性25～岁组PLT则高于75岁组(P＜0.05),但同年龄段不同性别间MPV、PLT差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论: 皖北地区成年男性PLT水平低于女性,35岁后男女PLT水平均随着年龄的增大而逐渐降低;性别对皖北地区健康成年汉族人群的MPV没有明显影响。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the situation of mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet(PLT)in venous blood of healthy adults in the northern area of Anhui province.Methods: The MPV and PLT in the venous blood of 1 339 Han nationality adults in the northern area of Anhui province were measured by the way of instrument automatic suction sample using sysmex XT-1800i automatic blood cell analyzer.Results: The levels of PLT in females were significantly higher than that of males (P＜0.01).There were not statistical differences in the levels of MPV between males and females(P ＞ 0.05).The levels of PLT in more than 25 years old group of males were higher than that of more than 65 years old group(P＜0.05), the levels of PLT in more than 25 years old group of females were higher than that of more than 75 years old group(P＜0.05).Conclusions: In the northern area of Anhui Province, the levels of PLT in females are significantly higher than that of males.The levels of PLT in more than 35 years age group of both sxes decrease with the age growing.The gender has not effect on the levels of MPV of healthy adults in the northern area of Anhui Province.
