    Expression of PXK MRNA in peripheral blood leucocytes of patients with systemic lupus erythematosis

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血白细胞中含丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶的PXK结构域(PXK)MRNA表达水平的变化,分析PXK MRNA的表达与SLE临床指标的相关性。方法:收集60例SLE患者和30名正常对照组的临床资料和血液标本,采用反转录聚合酶链反应技术半定量检测PXKMRNA在外周血白细胞中的表达水平。结果:SLE患者外周血白细胞PXK MRNA的表达显著高于正常对照组(P0.01);PXK MRNA的表达量与抗SmD1抗体的产生呈正相关关系(P0.05);PXK MRNA的表达量与C3、C4均呈正相关关系(P0.05)。结论:PXK MRNA在SLE的发病机制中起一定作用,可能是SLE的易感基因。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the gene expression level of PXK MRNA in peripheral blood leucocytes of patients with systemic lupus erythematosis(SLE),and the relationship between the MRNA expression of PXK and the clinical manifestation of SLE.Methods:Sixty SLE patients and 30 controls were enrolled; reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction technique was used to determine the PXK MRNA expression in the peripheral white blood cells in them.Results:The PXK MRNA expression in the peripheral blood leucocytes of the SLE patients was statistically higher than that of the normal control(P 0.01).The expression level of PXK MRNA in the SLE patients was positively correlated with the production of the anti-SmithD1 antibody(P 0.05); the expression of PXK MRNA in the SLE patients was positively correlated with C3 and C4,respectively(P 0.05).Conclusions:The results indicate that PXK gene may play a role in the pathogenesis of SLE,and might be the susceptibility genes of SLE.
