摘要: 目的:探讨血小板参数中平均血小板体积(MPV)的变化与2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病的关系。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者180例(2型糖尿病组),并选择同期健康体检者142名(对照组)。检测并比较2组血小板计数(BPC)、MPV、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),并比较不同MPV的2型糖尿病患者上述指标以及24 h尿微量白蛋白(24h-MAU)、血清肌酐(ScR)。结果:2型糖尿病组年龄、FPG、TG、MPV、PDW均高于对照组,而BPC低于对照组(P0.05~P0.01)。2型糖尿病患者MPV11 fl组的PDW、24 h-MAU高于MPV11 fl组,而BPC低于MPV11 fl组(P0.05~P0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者MPV升高,并且MPV与糖尿病肾病的严重程度呈正相关。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the mean platelet volume(MPV) change of platelet parameters in type 2 diabetic patient and its relation with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The parameters of platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV) platelet distribution width(PDW),triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C),24 h microalbumin urine(24h-MAU) and serum creatinine(Scr) of 180 type 2 diabetic patients and 142 health physical examination people were measured.Results:The age,FPG,TG,MPV and PDW of type 2 diabetic patients were higher than that in healthy people,but for PLT,it was lower than that in healthy people(P 0.05 to P 0.01).In type 2 diabetic patients,the levels of PDW,24 h-MAU of MPV 11 fl group were higher than that in MPV11 fl group,but for PLT,it was lower than that in MPV11 fl group(P 0.05 to P 0.01).Conclusions:The MPV of type 2 diabetic patients is increased,and which is positively related to the severity of the diabetic nephropathy.
