    妊娠黄体的超声声像图特征与鉴别

    The sonographic features of corpus luteum of pregnancy

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨妊娠黄体的超声声像图特征及其与相关病变的鉴别诊断。方法:对32名正常宫内早孕者、30例宫内早孕不全流产者及34例未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者的妊娠黄体超声声像图特征进行回顾分析,并与输卵管妊娠比较。结果:超声检出妊娠黄体96个,宫外孕包块34个,声像图上厚壁型黄体囊肿与输卵管妊娠Donut征非常相似,呈现丰富血流环绕和低阻特征;不同点是妊娠黄体与卵巢关系密切,周缘多能检出卵泡,血流来自于卵巢,以环状多见,而输卵管妊娠则相反。结论:超声对妊娠黄体有很高的检出率,正确认识妊娠黄体的声像图变化有助于提高与相关病变的鉴别。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the sonographic features of corpus luteum of pregnancy and its relevant differential diagnosis with other lesions.Methods:The sonographic features of corpus luteum of pregnancy in 96 cases(including 32 cases with normal intrauterine pregnancy,30 cases with intrauterine pregnancy complicated with incomplete abortion and 34 cases with unruptured tubal pregnancy)were retrospectively analyzed,which was compared with tubal pregnancy.Results:Ninety-six corpus luteum of pregnancy and 34 ectopic pregnancy pieces were detected by ultrasound.The thick wall type sonogram luteal cysts were similar to the Dount sign of tubal pregnancy,which was surrounded by abundant blood flow and low resistivity characteristics.In contrast with tubal pregnancy,the corpus luteum of pregnancy was closely related to ovary,some follicles were detected arround it and the ring blood flow was from the ovary.Conclusions:The high detection rate of corpus luteum of pregnancy can be obtain by ultrasound.The correct recognition of the ultrasonographic changes of pregnancy corpus luteum can help to improve its differential diagnosis with other lesions.
