    恶性腹水中CD8~+CD28~-NRP-1~+T细胞的表达水平及其临床意义

    Expression and clinical significance of the CD8 + CD28 - NRP-1 + T cells in malignant ascites

    • 摘要: 目的：检测恶性腹水中CD8﹢CD28-NRP-1+T细胞的表达水平,并探讨其临床价值。方法：采用流式细胞仪检测24例肝硬化腹水、20例结核性腹水、28例恶性腹水中CD8﹢CD28-NRP-1+T细胞的表达水平。结果:恶性腹水组CD8+CD28-NRP-1+T细胞的表达水平均明显高于肝硬化腹水组及结核性腹水组(P0.01)。结论：CD8+CD28-NRP-1+T细胞的表达水平在良恶性腹水中存在显著差异,可作为判定良恶性腹水的辅助诊断指标。
