    The effect of maternal age and pre-pregnancy body mass index on the birth weight of newborns

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨孕妇年龄﹑孕前体质量指数(BMI)对新生儿出生体质量的影响。方法:选取单胎初产妇537人作为研究对象,按孕妇年龄分为低龄组144人,适龄组289人,大龄组80人,高龄组24人;按孕妇孕前BMI分为肥胖组9人,过重组44人、标准组416人,过轻组68人。分别比较各组新生儿出生体质量情况、巨大儿发生率等情况。结果:低龄组孕妇分娩的新生儿出生体质量与高龄组差异无统计学意义(P0.05),适龄组、大龄组孕妇分娩的新生儿出生体质量均明显高于低龄组(P0.01)。孕前过重组和肥胖组孕妇分娩的新生儿体质量均明显高于标准组(P0.01),孕前过轻组孕妇分娩的新生儿体质量亦明显低于孕前标准组(P0.01)。结论:孕妇年龄、孕前BMI均与新生儿出生体质量有关。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of maternal age and pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI) on the birth weight of newborns. The birth weight and incidence of macrosomia of newborns in all group were compared. Results: The difference of neonatal weight between low age group and advanced age group was not statistical significance(P > 0. 05), the neonatal weight in appropriate age group and older age group were significantly higher than that in low age group(P < 0. 01). The neonatal weight in over weight group and obesity group were significantly higher than that in normal weight group(P < 0. 01), the neonatal weight in over light group was significantly lower than that in normal weight group(P < 0. 01).
