    蚌埠高校大学生心理健康及影响因素调查分析

    Survey of the mental health of college students in Bengbu and the influence factors

    • 摘要: 目的:了解蚌埠高校大学生的心理健康水平及其影响因素,更好地预防控制大学生心理障碍的发生,提高其心理健康水平。方法:按照分层抽样方法,从蚌埠市3所高校随机抽取1 009名大学生,由统一培训合格的调查员对大学生进行无记名方式的现场问卷调查。结果:SCL-90总分均分(149.9146.27)分,总均分平均值为(1.670.51)分;SCL-90各因子均分除人际关系敏感因子外,其他各因子得分均显著高于全国青年常模(P0.01);独生子女大学生SCL-90总均分高于非独生子女的大学生(P0.05);生活事件总应激量及各因子分与SCL-90总均分均呈正相关关系(P0.01),社会支持情况与SCL-90总均分呈负相关关系(P0.01);多元线性回归显示学习压力因子,健康适应因子、其他因子、总应激量和社会支持总分对SCL-90总均分均有明显影响(P0.01)。结论:大学生的心理健康状况受多种因素影响,可以从健康教育及加大社会支持等方面来预防和控制心理问题的产生。
