    Sudden cardiac death in the teenagers: Report of the 2 cases and review of literature

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨青少年心脏性猝死(sudden cardiac death,SCD)的致死因素,为防治SCD提供有效措施。方法:应用尸检组织病理学方法,对2例青少年SCD进行观察分析。结果:例1为扩张性(充血性)心肌病;例2为先天性心脏病(房间隔缺损)合并病毒性心肌炎。结论:SCD病程急骤、凶险,在青少年发病率低,但近年有增高趋势,应引起重视,尽早防治原发病。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the causes of sudden cardiac death(SCD) in the teenagers and to provide effective preventive measures.Methods: The autopsy pathological materials of two cases of SCD were observed and analyzed.Results: One case suffered from dilated cardiomyopathy and the other had myocarditis complicated with congenital heart disease(atrial septal defect).Conclusions: Transient and dangerous SCD is scarce in the youth,but tends to increas in recent years,which should arouse our attention.And early treatment of the primary disease is proposed.
