    Ectopic pancreas lying the jejunum: A report of 3 cases and review of the literature

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨空肠异位胰腺的临床病理特点。方法: 分析3例空肠异位胰腺的临床病理资料。结果: 3例分别因胃溃疡、胆道结石、胃癌手术而意外发现,长径0.5~2.5 cm。结论: 空肠异位胰腺少见,常不出现临床症状。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinicopathologic features of ectopic pancreas of the jejunum.Methods: The clinicopathologic data of 3 cases of ectopic pancreas situated in the jejunum were analyzed.Results: Three cases of ectopic pancreas were occasionally confirmed in the operations for gastric ulcer,gallstone of biliary tract or gastric carcinoma respectively.The maximal diameter were from 0.5 to 2.5 cm.Conclusions: Ectopic pancreas of the jejunum is rare and it is often asymptomatic.
