    • 摘要: 目的:提供一种实用且简易的验证三维适形放疗(three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,3DCRT)计划照射野精度的方法。方法:应用模拟定位机对204例3DCRT计划的适形野进行摄片,将适形野扫描到LANTIS系统,与计划系统给出的照射野验证比较,评估其与计划适形野的吻合性及误差原因。结果:头颈部肿瘤的适形野吻合性较好,XY两方向误差都在5 mm以内,胸腹部肿瘤适形野与计划野的偏差最大达12 mm。结论:该方法操作简便,投资少,实用性强,特别适合地市级医院应用3DCRT治疗技术的放疗部门。模拟机验证同时能观察病灶和周围危及器官的受照情况。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To provide a simple and useful method of verifying the accuracy position of the radiation fields for three dimensional conformal radiotherapy plan.Methods: A simulator was used to take the radiography of 204 cases of conformal fields planned by 3DCRT;the conformal field radiography was transported to LANTIS system and compared with the planning-built fields;their coincidence and causes of error were observed and analyzed.Results: For the tumors on head and neck,the conformal field coincided well with the planning-built fields,and the errors in XY position was within 5 mm,but for tumors in chest and abdomen,the biggest error of field position was 12 mm.Conclusions: The method has the advantages of easy operation,low cost and practicability,adapting to the sections in middle-class hospitals using 3DCRT plan.The simulator verification can observe the tumor target and its nearby organs in risk at the same time.
