    Clinical significance of blood and urine β2-microglobulin determine in the early stage of hypertensive renal damage

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨血、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)对高血压肾病早期诊断和预防的意义。方法: 对101例高血压患者行血、尿β2-MG (放射免疫法)、血清肌酐(sCr)测定(酶法),并根据CoCK-Croft-Gualt公式计数内生肌酐清除率(cCr),依据sCr分成A、B、C组比较。结果: B、C组患者Ccr均明显低于A组(P<0.01),而血、尿β2-MG均明显高于A组(P<0.05~P<0.01);对照组血β2-MG均明显低于A、B、C组(P<0.01),而尿β2-MG则明显低于B、C组(P<0.01)。结论: 检测血、尿β2-MG对高血压肾损害早期诊断及预防有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the value of blood and urine β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in the early stage of hypertensive renal damage. Methods: The blood and urine β2-MG, as well as the serum creatinine (sCr) of 101 hypertension patients were detected by radioimmunity and enzymic method respectively. The creatinine clearance was calculated by CoCK-Croft-Gualt and the results were compared between the groups. Results: The Ccr of group B and C was obviously lower than that of group A (P<0.01), but the urine β2-MG of the two groups was obviously higher than that of group A (P<0.05-P<0.01);Blood β2-MG of the control group was significantly lower than that of group A, B and C (P<0.01) and its urine β2-MG was lower than that of group B and C significantly (P<0.01). Conclusions: It is of great diagnostic and prevent significance to detect the blood and urine β2-MG in patients with early renal damage caused by hypertension.
