基于层次分析法的护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学评价指标权重研究

    Research on the weight of the teaching evaluation index of "ideological and political theory education in courses" in nursing undergraduate professional course based on analytic hierarchy process

      目的 探讨护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学评价指标权重,为护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学建设提供依据和方向。
      方法 在通过德尔菲法获得数据资料的基础上,采用层次分析法建立层次结构模型,利用Yaahp10.3辅助软件依据专家对指标的重要性赋值均数确定Satty标度,构建判断矩阵,确定护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学评价指标权重值。
      结果 目标理念、师资队伍、课程资源、教学实施、教学效果5个一级指标的权重值分别为0.306、0.078、0.104、0.306、0.206,同时确定了12个二级指标和45个三级指标的权重值。各层级指标判断矩阵的一致性比例均<0.100,逻辑一致性较好。
      结论 利用层次分析法确定的护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学评价指标权重科学、合理,可为护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学建设提供理论指导与实践借鉴。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To determine the weight of the teaching evaluation index of "ideological and political theory education in courses" in nursing undergraduate professional course, and provide the basis and direction for the teaching construction of " ideological and political theory education in courses".
      Methods On the basis of the data obtained by the Delphi method, the hierarchical structure model was established by the analytic hierarchy process, and the Yaahp10.3 auxiliary software was used to determine the Satty scale according to the mean of the importance assignment of the indicators by the experts.The judgment matrix was constructed, and the weight of the teaching evaluation index of "ideological and political theory education in courses" in nursing undergraduate professional course was determined.
      Results The weight values of the five first-level indicators of goal and concept, teaching staff, curriculum resources, teaching implementation and teaching effect were 0.306, 0.078, 0.104, 0.306 and 0.206, respectively.Meanwhile, the weight values of 12 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators were determined.The consistency ratio of the judgment matrix of indicators at all levels was less than 0.100, indicating good consistency.
      Conclusions The weight of the teaching evaluation index of "ideological and political theory education in courses" in nursing undergraduate professional course determined by the analytic hierarchy process is scientific and reasonable, which can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the teaching construction of "ideological and political theory education in courses" in nursing undergraduate professional course.
