    The methods to avoid cross-contamination in automatic biochemical analyzer

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨全自动生化分析仪分析项目间试剂交叉污染及避免的对策。方法:用质控血清分别先测血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)后测Mg2+(A组);先测淀粉酶(AMY)后测Mg2+(B组);用质控血清测定Mg2+(对照组)。用去离子水当样品测1次ALP后,再连测10次Mg2+,用质控血清替代去离子水当样品同样操作(C组);将ALP换成AMY进行同样操作(D组)。结果:A、B两组污染率差为9.93%和10.13%,ALP和AMY试剂对Mg2+测定有交叉污染。结论:检验人员熟悉仪器的操作及性能,在仪器项目顺序安排时尽量将有污染的项目隔开,按一定的顺序安排项目,可以避免试剂间的化学污染。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To discuss the treatment of avoiding the different item's cross-contamination of automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods:There were divided into five groups:group A:the contents of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in patients' serum with quality control serum were verified,then Mg2+ (magnesia ion) was verified;group B:firstly amylase (AMY) then Mg2+ were verified;matched group:just assess Mg2+;group C:the deionizer water was considered as sample,firstly assess the content of ALP in deionizer water,then assess Mg2+ ten times,afterward do the same processes which using quality control serum instead of deionizer water;group D:Use AMY instead of ALP,and do above-mentioned procedure.Results:Group A and group B the pollution rate were 9.93% and 10.13%.The cross-contamination was happened in assessment of Mg2+ as affected by reagent ALP and AMY.Conclusions:Medical technologists must be familiar with the manipulation and function of machines.When arranging the order of machines' testing items,it is needed to separate these items which has cross-contamination as far as possible.With the specific order,chemical pollution in different reagents can be reduced.
