    非小细胞肺癌p53、增殖细胞核抗原表达及其意义

    Expression of p53,proliferating cell nuclear antigen in non-small cell lung carcinoma and it's significance

    • 摘要: 目的: 研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中p53及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达与细胞增殖的关系。方法: 采用免疫组化法(S-P法)检测60例NSCLC中p53和PCNA表达情况。结果: 在NSCLC中p53表达率(53.3%)及PCNA增殖指数均高于癌旁组织(P<0.001~P<0.05),且两者表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期和临床病理分级有一定关系(P<0.05~P<0.005).p53、PCNA表达与组织类型无相关性(P>0.05)。结论: p53参与了NSCLC的发生发展与淋巴结转移、临床分期及肿瘤分化程度相关.有促进细胞增殖的作用,在肿瘤的诊断及预后评估中具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of p53,proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and cell proliferaive activity of non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods: The expression of p53,PNCA was studied in 60 cases of NSCLC by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results: The positive rate of p53 in NSCLC was 53.3%,which was higher than that in the per cancerous tissues(P<0.001 to P<0.05).There was positive correlation between p53 expression and lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and pathological grade(P<0.05 to P<0.005),but there was no statistically correlation between p53 expression and histological type(P>0.05).Conclusions: p53 protein,which may have some effects on genesis and development of tumor,relates to lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and degree of differentiation of NSCLC,and increases tumor cell proliferations.The examination of p53 protein has value great in the assessment of prognosis and diagnosis of lung cancer.
