摘要: 目的: 观察大剂量甲氨喋呤(HD-MTX)对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的毒副作用。方法: 观察10例处于完全缓解期的ALL患儿应用40例次HD-MTX前后各器官功能的变化及毒副作用。结果: 胃肠道反应、口腔黏膜损害、肝功能损害、骨髓抑制发生率低。结论: HD-MTX对ALL患儿毒副作用轻,可以安全接受。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the adverse effects of high dose of methotrexate(HD-MTX) on acute lymphoblastic leukenia(ALL).Methods: Ten children with ALL in complete remission were studied on the adverse effect in forty therapy of HD-MTX.Results: Gastrointestinal reaction,oral mucosa and hepatic damage,and depression of bone marrow were noticed.Conclusions: The adverse effects of HD-MTX is slight and the therapy can accepted.
