    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨血清HBV DNA水平与HBV标志物(HBVM)表现模式、肝损害程度的关系。方法: 采用荧光定量PCR分析系统检测126例乙肝病毒感染者HBV DNA,采用ELISA法检测HBVM。结果: 在HBsAg阳性+HBeAg阳性+抗HBc阳性的血清中HBV DNA阳性率和含量最高,血清HBeAg与HBV DNA含量有一定关系(P<0.01),血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平与HBV DNA含量亦有一定关系(P<0.05)。结论: HBV DNA含量与HBeAg有一定关系,肝脏损害程度与血清HBV DNA亦有一定关系。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the relation between the nucleic acid content of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and HBV markers, liver injury. Methods: One hundred and twenty-six patients suffering from hepatitis B received HBV DNA analysis. Fluorescence ration PCR analysis was performed for HBV DNA quantifying assessment. HBV markers were detected by ELISA. Results: Serum HBeAg was related to HBV DNA (P<0.01). The highest HBV DNA levels were presented in sera positive for both HBsAg and HbeAg (P<0.05). Serum alanine amjnotransferase level and HBV DNA content were correlated. Conclusions: The quantity of HBV DNA is related to HbeAg. Liver injury stage is related to serum HBV DNA content.
