长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗紫杉类化疗失败的复发转移性乳腺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of vinorelbine plus cisplatin in treatment of recurrent metastatic breast cancer failed taxane chemotherapy

摘要: 目的:观察长春瑞滨(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的疗效。方法:对28例紫杉类化疗后复发转移性乳腺癌患者采用NVB+DDP方案治疗,NVB 25 mg/m²,d₁、d₈;DDP 25 mg/m²,d₁~d₃;21天为1个周期,2个周期后评价疗效。结果:28例患者中,完全缓解2例,部分缓解11例,稳定10例,进展5例,总有效率为46.4%。1个部位转移者治疗有效率为50.0%,2个或2个以上部位转移者治疗有效率为43.8%。结论:NVB联合DDP治疗紫杉类化疗失败的复发转移性乳腺癌具有一定疗效,且不良反应可以耐受。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of vinorelbine (NVB) plus cisplatin (DDP) regimen on recurrent metastatic breast cancer.Methods: Twenty-eight patients with taxane chemotherapy in patients with metastatic breast cancer were treated with NVB plus DDP program.NVB was 25 mg/m²,iv d₁,d₈;DDP was 25 mg/m²,iv d₁-d₃.The period was 21 days.The effect was evaluated after two periods.Results: In 28 patients,complete remission 2 cases,partial remission 11 cases,stable 10 cases,progress 5 cases,the total effective rate was 46.4%.One site metastasis rate was 50.0%,two or more than two parts metastasis rate was 43.8%.Conclusions: NVB plus DDP for treatment of taxane chemotherapy in recurrent metastatic breast cancer with failure plays a certain efficacy,and the toxicity can be tolerated.
