    Study of the heart rate variability and blood pressure variability in hypertension grading

    • 摘要: 目的: 分析各级高血压患者心率变异性与血压变异性。方法: 对40例血压正常者和121例高血压患者均同时检测心率变异性与血压变异性,并进行统计学分析。结果: 各组间心率变异性差异有显著性(P<0.05~P<0.01),随组间血压增高,心率变异性趋向减小;各组间血压变异性差异有显著性(P<0.01),随组间血压增高,血压变异性趋向增大。结论: 高血压患者血压分级与心率变异性和血压变异性有一定关系。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the heart rate variability(HRV) and blood pressure variability(BPV) in patients with different grades of hypertension.Methods: HRV and BPV were monitored and analyzed in 40 patients with normal blood pressure and 121 patients with hypertension.Results: HRV was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05 to P<0.01)。The blood pressure increased and HRV tended to decrease.The BPV was significantly different(P<0.01) between the two groups;the blood pressure increased and the BPV tended to increase.Conclusions: The grade of hypertension is related to HRV and BPV.
