子宫颈环形电切术治疗子宫颈病变107例近期疗效观察

Loop electrosurgical excision procedure for treatment of cervical lesions: a report of 107 cases

摘要: 目的:观察子宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤变(C IN)近期疗效。方法:对107例行LEEP治疗的C IN患者的临床资料与随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果:LEEP前后病理诊断完全符合者83例,符合率为77.57%。术后C IN级别上升4例,其中发现子宫颈浸润癌1例;术后C IN级别下降20例。LEEP治疗C IN 6个月的治愈率为95.19%,2年的治愈率为97.12%。结论:LEEP治疗C IN有较高的近期治愈率,是诊断和治疗C IN的一种安全有效的方法。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).Methods: The clinical data of 107 cases of CIN received LEEP were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Eighty-three cases demonstrated coincident pathological results before and after LEEP (77.57%);4 cases aggravated,one of which proved to be cervical cancer;the pathological changes in 20 cases were not obvious.The cure rates were 95.19% and 97.12% six months and two years respectively after LEEP operation.Conclusions: LEEP is a highly effective and safe procedure for diagnosis and treatment of CIN.
