Abstract:
Objective To construct a demand-oriented implementation program of postoperative discharge plan for ovarian cancer patients, and to provide reference for the development of comprehensive and scientific implementation program of postoperative discharge plan for ovarian cancer patients.
Methods The implementation program of postoperative discharge plan was developed by literature analysis, integrating the discharge plan of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer, and combining clinical practice and actual postoperative needs. The implementation program of postoperative discharge plan was developed by conducting 2 rounds of letter consultation with 18 experts through Delphi method, modifying and improving according to the opinions of experts in the letter, and the final discharge plan was formed.
Results The effective recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert letter questionnaire was 100% (18/18). The academic level coefficient, evaluation basis coefficient and authority coefficient of 18 relevant experts were 0.978, 0.896 and 0.955, respectively. According to literature collection, clinical practice and actual postoperative needs, the draft implementation program of postoperative discharge plan was developed. After two rounds of expert consultation and discussion by the research group, 10 major intervention modules were finally constructed based on the admission stage, hospitalization stage, discharge stage and post-discharge follow-up of ovarian cancer patients as the framework.
Conclusions The construction of the implementation program of postoperative discharge plan oriented to the needs of ovarian cancer patients is comprehensive, scientific and feasible, and can provide reference for the implementation program of discharge plan for ovarian cancer patients undergoing surgery.
