Construction of the evaluation index of nursing quality of traditional Chinese medicine in Anhui province

Objective To establish a set of scientific and systematic evaluation indexes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing quality in Anhui province, and provide the reference for nursing managers to evaluate TCM nursing quality in Anhui province.

Methods With the support of "structure-process-result" three-dimensional quality structure model, the evaluation indicators were preliminarily developed through literature analysis and expert group discussion.Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation with 26 experts from Beijing, Liaoning, Guangdong, Anhui and other provinces and cities, and the weight of each index and combined weight were calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).

Results The effective recovery rates were 96.15% and 100.00%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.848 and 0.889, and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.87 and 0.79, respectively.The final evaluation index of TCM nursing quality in Anhui province included 7 first-level indexes, 16 second-level indexes and 51 third-level indexes.

Conclusions The evaluation index of TCM nursing quality in Anhui province established in this study is scientific, specific and reliable, and has reference value, which can provide a theoretical basis for the homogenization management of TCM nursing quality.
