Effect of community comprehensive intervention guided by general medical theory on preventing diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of community comprehensive intervention guided by general medical theory on preventing diabetes.Methods:One hundred and three patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with community comprehensive interventions guided by general medical theory.The awareness rate of diabetes-related knowledge, movement and physical indicators in patients with type 2 diabetes were evaluated before and after intervention.Results:The awareness rate of diabetes-related knowledge after the intervention was significantly higher than before the intervention(P < 0.05);after the intervention, patients with diabetes significantly improved movement, the number of patients with movement was significantly higher than before the intervention, the number of patients without exercise and lack of exercise were significantly lower than before the intervention;after the intervention, the physical indicators were significantly better than before the intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The community comprehensive intervention guided by general medical theory is good effect on diabetics, and can overcome the shortcomings of traditional medical model, which is worthy of promotion.
