    The effect of quasi mother classroom on postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment

    • Objective: To investigate the effects of quasi mother classroom on postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment.Methods: The postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation method and health knowledge were propagandized in quasi mother classroom.The pregnant women were divided into two groups according to their health education,and their education results were analyzed.Results: The regular,multi-level and specialized quasi mother classroom knowledge training were implemented in the observation group.The awareness and correct cognition of the necessary rehabilitation treatment in pelvic floor muscle injury caused by delivery in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.01).The understanding relevant knowledge was the main reason in the inspection and treatment of postpartum pelvic floor muscle injury.The difference of the rehabilitation behavior between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions: The postpartum health education in quasi mother classroom can improve the female cognition on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation,which can play a positive role on the promoting pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation,and improve the life quality of women.
