The normalization nursing experience of diabetics with intensive treatment of real-time dynamic insulin pump system

    • Objective:To explore the normalization nursing method of diabetics with intensive treatment of real-time dynamic insulin pump system. Methods:Forty diabetic patients were treated with interstitial fluid glucose monitoring and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by real-time dynamic insulin pump system, and psychological care, skin care, diet and exercise guidance. The adverse reactions and insulin pump alarm device were closely observed. Results:The levels of fasting plasma glucose on admission and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of 40 patients after 6 days of treatment with real-time dynamic insulin pump system were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The patients improved and discharged after 6 days of treatment. Conclusions:The normalization nursing method of diabetics with intensive treatment of real-time dynamic insulin pump system is safe and good hypoglycemic effect.
