Effect of repaglinide combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective:To explore the effects of repaglinide combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Eighty-six patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group and observation group were treated with repaglinide and repaglinide combined with acarbose for 4 weeks,respectively.The clinical effects,changes of pysiological idexes and safety between two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective rates in control group and observation group were 76.7% and 97.7%,respectively,the difference of which was statistically significant(PPP>0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of type 2 diabetes with repaglinide combined with acarbose can significantly improve the main physiological indexes and clinical treatment effects,and the safety of which is good.
