Objective:This paper offers a summarization of the operation skills and outcomes of hip replacement as a treatment of femoral head necrosis in Phase Ⅲ and Phase Ⅳ of Ficat. Methods:The method involves a retrospective analysis of clinical data with regard to 23 patients undergoing hip replacement, with a comparison of Harris grading of hip joint function and the improvement in flexion and abduction before and after the operation.
