Abstract
Objective:This paper offers a summarization of the operation skills and outcomes of hip replacement as a treatment of femoral head necrosis in Phase Ⅲ and Phase Ⅳ of Ficat. Methods:The method involves a retrospective analysis of clinical data with regard to 23 patients undergoing hip replacement, with a comparison of Harris grading of hip joint function and the improvement in flexion and abduction before and after the operation. Results:The outcome of the operation has established that the patients have obvious improvement in flexion and abduction, as well as in Harris grading (pConclusions:To sum up, hip replacement, which requires an overall,checkup before the operation, a cautious handling in the operation and a precaution against complication after the operation, serves as a good treatment of femoral head necrosis in Phase Ⅲ and Phase Ⅳ of Ficat.
