Influence of different doses of midazolam on the anesthesia effect and revival quality of patients treated with lung cancer operation

    • Objective:To explore the influences of different doses of midazolam on anesthesia effects and revival quality of patients with lung cancer.Methods:Fifty-eight patients treated with lung cancer operation were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(29 cases each group) according to the random number table method.During the process of anesthesia induction, the observation group and control group were administered with 0.1 and 0.05 mg/kg of midazolam, respectively. Two groups were administered with 0.15 mg/kg of cisatracurium besilate,5 μg/kg of fentanyl and 0.3 mg/kg of Etomidate fat emulsion injection with the same dosage and usage. The anesthetic effect and revival quality in two groups were observed after 10 min of anesthesia induction(T1),start time of surgery(T2),after 30 min of surgery(T3),end time of surgery(T4) and after tracheal extubation(T5).Results:The levels of mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) in the observation group from T1 to T5 gradually increased(PP2) level gradually increased from T1 to T3,then gradually decreased from T4 to T5(PP2 in the control group at different time-point were statistically significant(PP2 between T3 and T5 in the observation group were statistically significant(PPPP>0.05).Conclusions:The anesthesia effects of 0.1 mg/kg of midazolam on lung cancer surgery is better than that of 0.05 mg/kg of midazolam. The anesthesia with 0.1 mg/kg of midazolam has good analepsia quality and little effect on respiratory system, which is suitable for clinical application.
