The application of Vitamin C combined with adenosine cyclophosphate in children with viral myocarditis

Objective:To investigate the application value of vitamin C combined with adenosine cyclophosphate in children with viral myocarditis.Methods:One hundred and thirty children with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(65 cases in each group).The control group and observation group were treated with conventional therapy and vitamin C combined with adenosine cyclophosphate based on conventional therapy,respectively.The related index changes between two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(PPPPConclusions:The curative effect of vitamin C combined with adenosine cyclophosphate in children with viral myocarditis is exact,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction,resist lipid peroxidation and protect cardiac muscle cell,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
