Retrospective analysis of 1 944 adverse drug reaction case reports of county hospitals in Anhui province

Objective:To analyze the characteristics and regularities of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) in county hospitals of Anhui province,for improving the rational use of drug in clinic.Methods:A total of 1 944 cases of ADR reports collected from nine county level hospitals of Anhui province from 2012 to 2013 were statistically classified and analyzed.Results:The main cause of ADR was originated from intravenous administration(73.8%);damaging the skin and its appendages was the main lesion in ADR cases(30.3%);about 38.7% of ADR cases were mainly caused by using antimicrobial drugs;the difference of the drug delivery route,organs or systems involved,type of drugs and the number of reported cases in different hospital has statistical significance(PConclusions:The occurrence of ADR related to the routs of drug delivery and the type of drug,ADR monitoring and reporting system in county hospital execute differently.
