    The value of second harmonic combined with quantitative analysis of real-time contrast enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of liver benign and malignant cystic lesions

    • Objective:To investigate the value of second harmonic combined with quantitative analysis of real-time contrast enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of liver benign and malignant cystic lesions.Methods:Fifty-five patients with liver benign and malignant cystic lesions were detected by the constrast echocardiography,the contrast enhanced mode was analyzed.The enhancement process of contrast agent in lesions was real-time recorded,the angiography quantitative parameters of the lesion was obtained and analyzed by software.The patients were divided into the benign group and malignant group,the time of contrast agent arrival and peak,and the contrast peak intensity between two groups were compared.Results:The second harmonic in 55 patients were the cystic lesions,the hepatic cyst was thin-wall without reinforcement.A few point-shaped reinforcement in the hepatic hydatid disease centre,and liquefaction of hepatic tuberculoma,liver abscess formation,liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma and liquefaction,arterial phase is thick-wall " ring " reinforcement,portal venous phase and delayed phase with low reinforcement and centre without enhancement were observed.The time of contrast agent peak and contrast peak intensity in the benign group were significantly higher than those in malignant group(PConclusions:The second harmonic combined with contrast agent peak time,and contrast peak intensity of ultrasonic contrast can distinguish the benign and malignant lesions.
