    The value comparison between 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and selective coronary arteriography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

    • Objective:To compare the value between the 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and selective coronary arteriography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:Three hundred and fifty-two vessels(4 vessels each patients in 88 patients),which included left anterior descending artery,left circumflex branch,left main and right coronary artery,were detected using 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and selective coronary arteriography,respectively.The coronary image character was observed.The sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive rates of CT coronary angiography in two kinds of detection methods were analyzed according to the golden standard of coronary angiography.Results:The difference of the coronary artery stenosis diagnosis between two kinds of detection methods was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive rates of CT coronary angiography in two kinds of detection methods were 97.24%,92.40%,93.12% and 96.93%,respectively.The difference of the coronary artery stenosis staging between two kinds of detection methods was not statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:The detection result of 128-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is similar to the selective coronary arteriographye,which is convenient,noninvasive,low radiation,and can be widely used in clinical.
