The application of the predictive nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction during pre-hospital first aid

    • Objective:To explore the effects of the predictive nursing on pre-hospital first aid of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods:One hundred and twenty-four patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group and observation group were treated with the routine nursing and predictive nursing, respectively. The effective rescue time, rescue success rate, average hospital stay and incidence of complications between two groups were compared. Results:The effective rescue time and average hospital stay in observation group were shorter than that in control group, the rescue success rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The incidences of ventricular arrhythmia, left heart failure and cardiac shock in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The predictive nursing can improve the rescue success rate, shorten the effective rescue time of pre-hospital first aid and hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing quality of the patients.
