Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of emergency care on the patients with acute severe viral myocarditis complicated with acute renal failure. Methods:Sixty patients with acute severe viral myocarditis complicated with acute renal failure were emergently nursed, which included the early recognition of the disease, malignant arrhythmias, mechanical ventilation, acute renal failure and drug use.The indexes of cardiac function and renal function were observed after emergency care. Results:After active treatment and nursing intervention of 60 patients, the levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, heart rate and cardiac troponin I were significantly lower than those of before emergency care, the urine volume, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher than those of before emergency care(P<0.01).Conclusions:The emergency care on the patients with acute severe viral myocarditis complicated with acute renal failure can significantly improve the cardiac and renal function, and prognosis of patients.
