Effect of the humanistic nursing on the role competent of natural childbirth of primipara during puerperium

Objective:To explore the effects of humane nursing on the adaptation and coping ability of mother role in primipara during puerperium.Methods:The awaiting delivery 80 primiparas with regular pregnancy care were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(40 cases each group).The control group and observation group were nursed with the common nursing and strengthening humane nursing intervention during puerperium,respectively.The adaptation and coping ability of mother role between two groups were compared using the mother role adjustment questionnaire and the medical coping modes questionaire.Results:After delivery for 1 month,the adaptation and coping ability of mother role in observation group was significantly better than those in control group(P<0.01).The score in observation group(19.86±4.97) was significantly higher than that in control group(16.21±4.06)(P<0.01).The scores of avoidance and resignation responses score in observation group(13.12±3.28) &(9.22±2.31) were significantly lower than those in control group(15.79±3.95) &(12.45±3.12),respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The humanistic nursing invention in primipara during puerperium can quickly make them get into the mother's role and actively deal with the problem.
