    The distribution of Vδ1-8 subsets of T cell receptor molecule in the γδT cell of the human peripheral blood

    • Objective:To observe the distribution of Vδ1 to 8 subsets of the T cell receptor(TCR) molecule in the γδT cell of the human peripheral blood using real-time PCR.Methods:The mRNA expressions of the Vδ1 to 8 subsets of TCR molecule in the γδT cell in 16 healthy people peripheral blood were detected by real-time PCR,the respective percentage of whose were calculated.Results:The ratio of Vδ1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 subsets were(7.19±0.33)%,(54.27±7.9)%,(20.23±0.03)%,(3.80±0.02)%,(2.08±0.02)%,(0.81±0.25)%,(7.21±0.02)% and(4.41±0.04)%,respectively.The ratio of Vδ2 was significantly higher than that in other subsets(P<0.05).Conclusions:The distribution sequence from most to least of Vδ1 to 8 subsets of the TCR molecule in the γδT cell of the healthy people peripheral blood is Vδ2 >Vδ3 >Vδ1 >δV8 >Vδ7 >Vδ4 >Vδ5 >Vδ6.
