Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of elastography strain ratio combined with breast imaging repaoting and data system(BI-RADS) in the nature of breast small mass.Methods:The elastography strain ratios of 120 cases with BI-RADS grade 2 to 4 solid mammary masses diagnosed by ultrasound were detected.The nature of breast small masses were identified using the combined two methods,which was compared with the pathological result.Results:All breast masses were benign,which included 79 cases of fibroadenoma,39 cases of adenosis,1 case of intraductal papillomas and 1 case of fat necrosis.The grade 2 in 4 cases,grade 3 in 76 cases and grade 4 in 40 cases were identified by BI-RADS grade.The minimum,maximum and average?elastography strain ratio in 120 cases were 0.43 to 3.04 and(1.78±1.30),respectively.The 120 benign breast masses were diagnosed by the elastography strain ratio combined with BI-RADS,the diagnostic accordance rate of which was 100%.Conclusions:The elastography strain ratio combined with BI-RADS can improve the qualitative diagnosis of small breast mass,which can provide the appropriate case for mammotome.
