The application effect evaluation of the care program guided by roy adaptation model in the nursing of level 0 elderly diabetic foot patients

Objective:To evaluate the application effects of the care program guided by roy adaptation model in the nursing of level 0 elderly diabetic foot patients.Methods:One hundred and seventy-two level 0 elderly diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,the treatment method of two group were the same.The observation group were nursed using care program guided by roy adaptation model,and the control group were nursed using the routine method.The sick foot recovery between two groups were compared after nursing.Results:The total effect rates(93.03%) of the observation group were higher than those of the contol group(66.28%)(P<0.01);the quality of life scores of the observation group were better than of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Care program guided by roy adaptation model can significantly improved the adaptability,foot condition and quality of life of level 0 elderly diabetic foot patients,which is worthy of promotion.
